| 摘 要： | 近年来关于胆囊结石（息肉）手术治疗方式中＂保胆＂和＂切胆＂的讨论尚无明确定论。本研究对相关文献检索进行分析,对保胆手术的依据、术式选择、禁忌症和适应症等进行总结。内镜技术上的进步为保胆手术提供了可能,对有良好胆囊功能的病例,保胆手术有望成为胆囊切除的替代疗法。

| Abstract: | In recent years,there is no explicit conclusion about how to treatment the cystic and calculus（polyps） in the way ＂reservation gallbladder ＂or＂ Cystic resection＂.This paper analysis the related literature retrieval,and summarizes the basis of operation,how to operate,indications and contraindications. The progress of endoscopic technology offers the possiblility to reservation gallbladder,for the cases of who＇s gallbladder have good functions,reservation of gallbladder is expected to become replacement theray for Cystic resection. |
