摘    要:目的探讨中西医结合健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响。方法对80例社区管理的糖尿病患者实施中西医结合健康教育,通过问卷形式比较教育前和教育后6个月患者糖尿病知识掌握情况和自我管理能力情况,并比较教育前后患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2HBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HBAlC)。结果健康教育后,患者糖尿病知识掌握情况和自我管理能力有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01),教育届半年患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较教育前下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.01)。结论中西医结合健康教育不仅提高患者的理论知识水平,而且促进了忠者行为和生活方式的建立,对患者的血糖控制和并发症的防治具有深远的意义。

Abstract:Objective Integrated Traditional and Western health education on diabetes patients. Methods 80 diabetic patients with community management were implemented health education in Integrative Traditional and Western, to compare knowledge level in patients with diabetes and self management ability through the questionnaire before and 6 months after education, and to compare patients before and after education, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2HBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HBAlc). Results After the health education, knowledge grasp in patients with diabetes and self-management ability have significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01), fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin decreased, The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Integrated Traditional and Western health education not only improved patient's theoretical knowledge, but also promoted the establishment of patient behavior and lifestyle, There are profound significance to the patient's blood glucose control and prevention of complications.
