中西医结合健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的影响

目的探讨中西医结合健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响。方法对80例社区管理的糖尿病患者实施中西医结合健康教育，通过问卷形式比较教育前和教育后6个月患者糖尿病知识掌握情况和自我管理能力情况，并比较教育前后患者空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2HBG）及糖化血红蛋白（HBAlC）。结果健康教育后，患者糖尿病知识掌握情况和自我管理能力有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01），教育届半年患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较教育前下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论中西医结合健康教育不仅提高患者的理论知识水平，而且促进了忠者行为和生活方式的建立，对患者的血糖控制和并发症的防治具有深远的意义。
