摘    要:目的分析制鞋工人血液检查结果,探讨苯及苯系物对造血系统损害的特点,提出对策。方法对80名制鞋工人血液检查结果进行分析。并与对照组血液检查结果进行对照分析研究。结果苯接触组白细胞减少百分率与红细胞减少百分率、血红蛋白降低率、血小板减少百分率相比,均有统计学意义(P〈O.05);苯接触组自细胞减少比例与正常对照组比较,同样有统计学意义(尸.=O.01)。结论苯及苯系物对粒细胞系统的抑制作用强于对红细胞系统和血小板的抑制作用,为预防和减少职业性苯中毒的发生,应加强职业健康监护和职业卫生监测监督。

Blood tests of a shoe factory workers analysis and countermeasures

Abstract:Objective To analysis of shoe workers in blood test results, of benzene and benzene on the characteristics of the hematopoietic system damage, and propose countermeasure. Methods Shoe workers of 80 blood test results were analyzed. And blood test results with the control group were compared studies. Results Percentage of benzene-exposed group the white blood cells to reduce ,and the red blood cells to reduce the rate, and hemoglobin to reduce the rate, and thrombocytopenia percentage compared were statistically significant (P〈 0.05); the proportion of benzene-exposed group leukopenia compared with the control group, also statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Benzene and benzene on granulocyte system of strong inhibition effect on red blood cell and platelet inhibition, in order to prevent and reduce the occupation of benzene poisoning, should strengthen the occupation health care and occupation health inspection.
