深圳市社区居民流感疫苗免疫效果分析

目的通过对社区居民流感疫苗接种免疫效果的分析,为评价流感疫苗接种效益提供依据。方法采用血清学流行病学方法 ,在深圳市龙岗区通过对研究对象进行流感疫苗免疫前、后流感抗体检测及是否接种后的流感样病例的发生情况。结果接种疫苗1个月后H1Nl、H3N2、B（Brisbane）3个血清型流感病毒HI抗体均有不同程度的增长,阳性率分别达到86.7%、84.0%和90.7%,几何平均滴度分别为1：53.13、1：51.10和1：78.91,3种亚型流感病毒株免疫成功率分别为73.3%、78.0%和85.3%。接种后1个月、3个月和6个月后接种组比对照组流感样疾病的发生明显较少（P〈0.05）,3个时段流感疫苗保护率分别为55.6%、51.8%、51.5%。结论流感疫茼免疫效果好,接种后能有效减少人群种流感样疾病的发生。

Analysis of immunological efficacy of influenza virus vaccine among community people in Shenzhen

Objective To analyze the immunological efficacy of influenza virus vaccine among community people in Shenzhen,and to provide basis for evaluation the benefit of immunization of influenza.Methods Serological epidemiological methods used in the study,the antibodies of influenza was tested before and after immunization,at the same time the incidence of influenza-like illness（ILI） cases was collected among vaccination and non-vaccination group in Longgang district in Shenzhen.Results The HI antibodies against HlNl,H3N2,B（Brisbane） were increased with different levels 1 month after vaccination,the positive rate and the GMT of HlNl、H3N2、B（Brisbane） were 86.7%（1：53.13）、84.0%（1：51.10）和90.7%（1：78.91） respectively,and the successful vaccination rate were 73.3%、78.0%and 85.3%against three subtype.The incidence of ILI was lower in immunization group than control group after first,three and sixth month after vaccination（P0.05）,and the protection rate were 55.6%、51.8%、51.5%respectively.Conclusion The immunization efficacy is very good,and the ILI reduces by inoculation of influenza vaccine.
