布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴索治疗AECOPD疗效分析

目的观察布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期（AECOPD）的效果。方法选择84例AECOPD住院患者,随机分成三组,对照组（C组）、布地奈德/福莫特罗治疗组（B组）和布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴索治疗组（A组）。比较三组治疗后患者肺功能（FEV_1、FEV_1%、FEV_1/FVC）及圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）分值的变化。结果肺功能与呼吸问卷分值比较,三组治疗后比较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但对照组的改善情况不如治疗组（P0.05）。结论氨溴索联合布地奈德/福莫特罗治疗AECOPD疗效较好。

The Combination of Inhaled Budesonide/Formoterol and Ambroxol in Treatment of Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of combination therapy with inhaled budesonide /formoterol and ambroxol on the acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods 84 subjects with AECOPD were randomly divided into 3 groups：the control group（C group, n=28）,the Budesonide/ formoterol group（B group,n=28）,and the Budesonide/ formoterol and ambroxol group（A group,n=28）.Compare the difference of 3 groups at the pulmonary function（FEV_1,FEV_1%、FEV_1/FVC） and the scores of SGRQ before and after the therapy.Results The pulmonary function and the scores of SGRQ in 3 groups after the therapy were improved in evidence（P0.05）.Compared with control group,significantly greater improvements were seen in B group and A group（P0.05）.And A group were slightly better than B group（P0.05）.Conclusions This study demonstrated that combination treatment with budesonide/formoterol plus ambroxol is an effective methods in the management of AECOPD.
