摘    要:目的分析2010—2011年大连市哨点医院流感监测结果,了解流感病毒的流行规律。方法对大连市2家国家级流感监测哨点医院的流感样病人咽拭子标本采用Realtime RT-PCR方法检测和流感病毒分离培养,对数据采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果对583份标本进行流感病毒核酸检测,阳性率为16.98%,对623份标本进行病毒分离,分离阳性率为5.51%,从2010年7月~2011年6月期间,共出现了2次流感流行高峰,第1个峰是在2010年9~11月,由甲型流感病毒H3N2亚型引起,第2个峰是在2011年3月,由乙型流感病毒引起。结论大连市2010—2011年流感的主要发病群体为儿童和中小学生;H3N2亚型和B型交替出现,流行前期以H3N2亚型为流行株,末期以B型(Yamagata系)流感病毒为

Abstract:Objective To analyze the data from surveillance of influenza virus in Dalian from 2009 to 2010 and to explore the epidemic pattern and relationship of seasonal influenza. Methods The swabs collected from influenza-like patients in 2 national surveillance hospitals were detected by Reai-time RT-PCR. Results A total of 583 samples were detected, the positive rate of influenza virus was 16.98%, a total of 623 samples were segregated, the positive rate of influenza virus was 5.51%. From July 2010 to June 2011 ,there were two peaks of epidemic of influenza in Daiian, the first peak of epidemic of the novel influenza (H3N2) virus appeared from October to November in 2010, the second one Of epidemic of B type of influenza virus occurred in March in 2011. Conclusion The school student and youth were the prominent population stricken by influenza virus from 2010 to 2011 in Dalian. The epidemic strain of seasonal influenza virus were the novel influenza A (H3N2) -prophase and B type (Yamagata) -postphase. More attention should be paid to the activity and variation of the influenza v~.
