摘    要:目的研究一种白僵菌代谢产物提取物(BCEF)对左旋多巴奔跑实验的影响.方法采用左旋多巴奔跑实验研究BCEF抗实验性抑郁作用及可能的作用机制;采用荧光分光光度计法检测BCEF对模型动物脑组织多巴胺(DA)含量的影响.结果 BCEF组小鼠出现活动增多比率为10%,而阳性对照组小鼠表现明显奔跑、跳跃(比率为90%),两组差异有显著性;BCEF 25、100 mg/kg剂量组对模型小鼠脑组织DA的含量有不同程度的提高.阳性对照组20 mg/kg对模型小鼠脑组织的DA含量有显著的提高.结论 BCEF对左旋多巴奔跑实验小鼠活动无明显的增强作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of bioactive compounds from entomogenous fungi(BCEF) on L-dopa induced running response test. Methods L-dopa induced running response test was used to examine the antidepression effects of BCEF and its mechanism. Spectrofluorometer and UV spectrophotometer analysis technique were used to detect the content of dopamine (DA). Results The running number of mouse in BCEF (10%) was much lower than the number in MOC(90%). BCEF(25,100 mg/kg) raised the content of DA in different degree. MOC also raised the content of DA efficiently. Conclusion The results suggest that BCEF has no effect on L-dopa induced running response test.
