| 摘 要： | 本文报告5例喉癌颈清扫术,对其适应症、手术方式等进行了初步分析。认为CN_(1,2),无论病理LN是否阳性均应行ND。CN_3者ND要慎重考虑。CN_0一般不施行ND,除声门上癌或声门癌侵及声门上区时例外。术式以FND为宜。

| Abstract: | This article reports 5 cases performed with neck dissection of laryngeal cancer (ND). The indications and ways of operation are discussed, The authors suggest, 1. if it is cN1.2, ND must be adopted whether the pathology of lymph nodes is negative or not; 2. if cN_3, considered cautiously; 3. if cNo, unnecessary except supraglottic cancer or glottic cancer involving in supraglottic region; 4. the better operation is FND. |
