抗菌药物应用调查的量化评估与分析

目的 用量化的手段评价抗菌药物使用的合理性，为抗菌药物的管理提供依据。方法 建立评分系统，回顾性调查某院2004年1—5月出院病历1356份，统计住院患者抗菌药物使用情况，并从适应证、用药剂量、疗程、配伍、药物不良反应等方面进行评价。结果 抗菌药物使用率为80．83％，预防用药率为80．65％；以单一用药为主，占88．64％；标本送检率为35．22％，合理用药率为52．28％。结论 该院抗菌药物使用尚存在许多问题，需加强规范化使用的管理。

Quantified evaluation and analysis of antimicrobial usage

Objective To assess the rationality of antimicrobial usage by a quantified method so as to provide reference for the management of antimicrobial agents.Methods A grade system was employed to review 1 356 medical records of patients who were discharged from a hospital between January and May 2004,patients' antimicrobials usage were assessed from the aspects including indication,dosage,course of treatment,combination and side effects.Results The usage rate of antimicrobials was(80.83%),the prophylactic usage rate was(80.65%),the majority((88.64%)) was single usage,specimen detecting rate was(35.22%),the rational antimicrobial usage rate was(52.28%).Conclusion Many problems in antimicrobial usage existed,it is important to strengthen standardized administration.
