降脂化纤胶囊提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优选降脂化纤胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法选用L9(34)正交试验,对煎煮工艺进行优化,以干膏得率为煎煮工艺指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷、大黄素的含量。结果最佳提取工艺为药材加9倍量水,煎煮3次,每次30 m in,且大黄在最后一次煎煮时加入。结论本方法提取完全,柚皮苷及大黄素获得率高,可将此法确定为最佳提取工艺。

Study on extraction technology of Jiangzhihuaxian capsule

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Jiangzhihuaxian capsules.Methods The technical conditions for the water decoction was optimized by the orthogonal experiment design L9(3^4) with hydrosoluble extract used as the index for the water decoction.The content of naringin and archen were determined by HPLC.Results The optimum conditions were as follows: decocting the crude drugs 3 times with 9-fold water,30 min each time and the Rhubarb was added at the last time.Conclusion This optimum extraction technology can be used as the optimal extraction procedure with complete extraction and high yield of archen and naringin.
