摘    要:无论全身因素还是局部因素引起的骨吸收最终结果均与破骨细胞的异常功能有关。整合素是细胞表面受体,与破骨细胞关系密切的主要是整合素αVβ3,其与破骨细胞之间的关系及其介导的信号转导,对揭示破骨细胞性骨吸收的分子机制具有重要的作用。整合素αVβ3是抑制骨吸收的靶点,有望为抑制骨吸收的治疗提供新的方向。

Abstract:The final result of bone resorption which was caused either by local or systemic factors was related to the abnormal function of osteoclast. Integrin is the cell surface receptors, of which integrin αvβ3 has been confirmed to be closely related to osteeclast. Studies on the relationship between integrin αvβ3 and osteoclasts,as well as integrin αvβ3-mediated signal transduction. It plays a particular role in the study of the molecular mechanism of osteoclastic bone resorption, lntegrin αvβ3 is the target to prevent bone resorption and is expected to provide a new direction to inhibit bone resorption.
