脑室注射依托啡及纳络酮对大鼠迷走—加压反应的影响

摘    要:电刺激完整大鼠的颈迷走神经中枢端,可获得迷走-加压反应。侧脑室注射依托啡或吗啡拮抗剂纳络酮,分别抑制和加强此反应.提示内源性吗啡肽可能是参与迷走-加压反应发生机制的重要物质。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out in male Wistar rats. When both the centra] ends of cervical vagi were stimulated, vagus-pressor response could be detected in 49 of 56 rats. Intraventricular injection of etorphine prevented the appearance of this pressor response, whereas intraventricular injection of na-loxone enhanced it. These results suggested that endogenous opioids may play an important role in the mechanism of production of vagus-pressor response.
