| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超引导下麦默通旋切系统在乳腺良性疾病诊治中的应用价值。方法:对临床及超声诊断为乳腺良性病变的153例患者进行B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术,并进行回顾性分析,评价其在乳腺微创外科的应用价值。结果:153例患者中共切除352处病灶,术后病理证实均为乳腺良性疾病,术后1～6月B超检查,均未发现残留乳腺病灶。结论:用B超引导下麦默通旋切系统对乳腺良性疾病具有操作简易、定位准确、安全,病灶可进行微创完整切除,并能获明确病理组织学诊断又符合美学观点等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound guided Mammotome minimal invasive system in the treatment of benign breast disease.Methods One hundred and fifty-three patients with initial diagnosis of benign breast disease were treated by B-ultrasound guided Mammotome initial invasive system.Results A total of 283 lesions was confirmed by postoperative pathology as benign breast disese.All patients accepted B-ultrasonography 1 to 6 months after treatment, no residual breast lesions were found.Conclusion U... |
