| Abstract: | We describe an 83-year-old man diagnosed as having diffuse, large B-cell lymphoma with anaplastic features and CD30 expression of the stomach. Focally, the tumor showed typical low-grade mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. We are not aware of a previous report on the transformation of low-grade gastric lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type into an "anaplastic," large B-cell tumor. |
