结缔组织病并发肺动脉高压的临床特点研究

目的：探讨结缔组织病并发肺动脉高压（CTD—PAH）的临床特点。方法：112例诊断明确、资料完整的结缔组织病并发肺动脉高压的患者（CTD—PAH组）与97例结缔组织病未并发肺动脉高压患者（CTD组）进行对比，并对一些临床及实验指标进行分析。结果：雷诺现象、多关节炎、心包积液、胸腔积液、肺间质病变、血沉（ESR）、C3、C反应蛋白（CRP）、循环免疫复合物（CIC）、ANA、抗U1RNP抗体阳性在CTD—PAH组与CTD组的单因素分析中有意义（P〈0．05），其中雷诺现象、肺间质病变、心包积液、抗U1RNP抗体阳性、CIC升高在两组多因素分析中有意义（P〈0．05）。结论：雷诺现象、心包积液、肺间质病变、抗U1RNP抗体阳性、CIC升高与CTD—PAH关系密切，可作为早期诊断的参考指标。

Clinical analysis of pulmonary arterial hypertension patients with connective tissue disease
