摘    要:目的 :确定移动电话磁辐射对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :选用上海产XJ10 70型高频脉冲信号发生器 ,模拟目前市上常见的几款移动电话发射的电磁信号对大鼠进行辐射 ,辐射时间分别为 :2 0min/d ;1h/d ;3h/d。用细胞化学技术检测T细胞及亚群的变化 ,用透射比浊法检测免疫球蛋白含量的变化。结果 :实验组大鼠外血血T细胞及其亚群出现不同程度的下降 ,其中实验 3h/d组最为明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,T细胞及Th细胞、Ts细胞已分别降至对照组的 5 1%、5 5 %、47%。免疫球蛋白含量也出现不同程度的下降。结论 :移动电话电磁辐射确实损伤淋巴细胞及其亚群 ,引起免疫球蛋白含量降低 ,至使免疫功能下降 ,并且与辐射时间呈正相关关系

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of el ectromagnetic radiation of cellular telephone on immune function of rats. Methods:Radiated Rats 20mind/d; 1h/d; 3h/d; with XJ_1070 type hi gh power density electronagmetic radiation. The alteration of T cells and subgro up was determined by celliclar medical technology and the alteration of the cont ents of immoglobulin by radio comparison. among which, the wxporimental group 2h /d was clearly seen, (P<0.05), T cells Th cells and Ts cells respectively r educed to. Results:The peripheral bl ood lymphocyte of rats decreased significantly (P<0.05), 51%, 55%, 47%, of m the control group's. And the contemts of immoglobuhn was decreased too.Conclusion: Electromagnetic radiation of cellular telephone does some damage to lymphocytes, causes immogbbulin reduced, the contents of in duces immune function decreaces and the correlation existed between the radiatio n times and immune function.
