| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期活动护理干预对腹式全子宫切除术后患者康复的影响。方法应用随机对照方法将施行腹式全子宫切除术的80例患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对实验组患者制定详细的早期活动计划和方法,对患者实施相应的护理干预措施。对照组按照传统护理方法接受常规护理。分别对两组患者术后舒适度及胃肠功能等恢复情况进行比较和分析。结果实验组与对照组相比,患者不适症状明显减少,舒适度比较有显著差异（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。术后首次肛门排气、排便时间,首次进食时间明显提前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。患者手术切口拆线时间及术后尿潴留发生率两组比较均无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论早期活动护理干预措施可促进腹式全子宫切除术后患者的康复。
