| 摘 要： | 目的为掌握天台县肾综合征出血热(HFRS)流行规律与疫源地类型.方法采用间接免疫荧光法(IFAT)检测EHF病人血清中抗体,采用直接免疫荧光法(FAT)检测鼠肺汉坦病毒(HV)抗原.结果1984～2000年天台县共发病5620例,486例HFRS恢复期病人血清学分型结果为,Ⅰ型(汉滩型)占60.91%,Ⅱ型(汉城型)占32.51%,未定型占6.58%.夏季和冬春季有二个发病高峰,青壮年农民发病最多.检测小兽汉坦病毒(HV)抗原20097只,阳性871只,带病毒率为4.06%.结论天台县是以Ⅰ型(汉滩型)为主的混合型HFRS疫区. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the epidemic characteristics and infection focus type of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Tiantai county. Methods The serum antibody level of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in patients were detected by indirect immunofluorescene method, and the antigen level of hantavirus (HV) in mice lungs was tested by direct immunofluorescene method. Results From 1984 to 2000, 5620 cases were reported in the surveillance spot of Tiantai county. The serologic classification of 486 serum samples from convalescent patients showed that the virus of type I, type II and type undefined were 60 91%, 32 51% and 6 58% respectively. The winter spring and summer were the two incidence peak seasons, and the patients mainly were adolescent and post adolescent peasant. Conclusions Tiantai county is an infectious focus of mixed type, and the type I is the main one. |
