460例泌尿生殖道支原体感染及药敏结果分析

目的了解牡丹江地区泌尿生殖支原体感染情况及对抗生素的敏感性。方法对460例泌尿生殖道感染患者的标本进行支原体培养鉴定,并对阳性株进行了常用6种抗生素的药物敏感试验。结果460例泌尿生殖道支原体感染中,支原体阳性202例(43.9%),培养的阳性率为女性42.5%,男性20.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。药敏结果显示,单纯解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)、UU合并MH混合感染对强力霉素、交沙霉素、原始霉素、四环素的敏感率高,以强力霉素最高,而对氧氟沙星的敏感率最低。结论支原体感染主要由UU引起,女性支原体感染率较男性高。支原体对各种抗生素产生一定的耐药性,药敏结果可作为治疗支原体感染的参考依据。

460 Cases of Urogenital Tract Mycoplasma Infection and Drug Sensitivity

Objective To know about the urogenital tract mycoplasma infection and its sensitivities to antimicrobials. Methods The mycoplasma was identified for 460 cases of urogenital tract infection, and the drug sensitive test using six antimicrobials were conducted. Results Among 460 cases, the positive rate was 42.5 % in female patients,20.5 % in male patients, with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The result of drug sensitivity test showed that simple mycoplasma urealytium （UU） , mycoplasma hominis （MH） , UU combined with MH polyinfection had high sensitiveness to deoxycycline, josamycin, pristinamycin, ambramycin, deoxycycline as highest, but to ofloxacin had lowest sensitiveness. Conclusion The mycoplasma infection was caused by UU mainly,and the infection rate was higher in female than that inmale. Mycoplasma had drug resistance to several antibacterials, and the result of drug sensitivity test can serve as the reference in treatment of mycoplasma infection.
