| Abstract: | None of the currently used interventional techniques yield durable results for coronary bifurcation lesions. We successfully treated a patient with unprotected left main bifurcation disease using a side balloon stent technique with a drug‐eluting stent (DES). This technique produced excellent immediate and long‐term results. |
