加速康复护理在结肠癌患者围手术期中的应用

目的：探讨加速康复护理对结肠切除术后患者的影响。方法：将60例结肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,分别实施加速康复护理和传统护理。观察组术前晚开塞露纳肛,术前6 h禁食固体食物。术前2 h在专业护士指导下口服糖水500 mL（含蔗糖50 g）,然后禁液体饮食。不保留胃管及导尿管;术后第1天使用缓泻剂、促肠蠕动剂,术后不禁食。对照组术前肥皂水清洁灌肠。术前12 h禁食水,常规留置胃管、尿管。术后肠功能自然恢复,患者肛门排气后再进食。结果：观察组患者住院时间平均缩短1.73天（P〈0.01）;首次排便时间平均提前14.54 h（P〈0.01）;规律复诊优于传统护理（P〈0.01）。结论：加速康复护理提供了较传统护理更好的医疗服务,显著提高了患者术后康复速度。

Application of fast track rehabilitation nursing in perioperative patients with colonic carcinoma
