| Abstract: | Six cases of deroofing of giant liver cysts by hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery (HALS) and safe and definitive cyst wall ablation with argon plasma coagulation (APC), which was verified by pathological examination of the resected cyst wall, were shown. |
