| 摘 要： | 舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)是一组具有心力衰竭症状和体征,射血分数正常或轻度受损而舒张功能异常的临床综合征。本文着重对老年DHF的概念、病因、发病机制、诊断标准及目前的治疗状况进行探讨。
