| 摘 要： | 目的:总结肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)患者的临床资料,评价高频振荡器辅助下行全肺灌洗的疗效和安全性.方法:在全麻下经双腔气管插管,大容量分次肺泡灌洗,使用高频振荡器振荡灌洗侧胸廓,负压回收灌洗液.以患者症状改善及胸片或胸部CT及肺功能、动脉血气改变评价疗效.结果:5例患者症状均得到改善,胸片或胸部CT显示大部分阴影消失,肺功能及动脉血气好转.5例患者均未出现严重并发症.使用高频振荡辅助法可以提高回吸收率.结论:高频振荡辅助下行全肺灌洗治疗肺泡蛋白沉积症是安全有效的.
