摘    要:目的:观察黄芩、黄连、黄柏3种药物对金黄色葡萄球菌和痢疾杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),比较其抗菌活性。方法:采用液体两倍稀释法。结果:3种药物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用都明显优于痢疾杆菌。体外抗菌强弱顺序为:黄连、黄芩、黄柏。结论:从体外抗菌角度来看黄连为治疗痈肿疮毒和痢疾的首选药物,其次为黄芩,黄柏作用最弱。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the three drugs scutellaria, coptis,phellodendronon on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus dysenteriaethe minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), to compare their antibacterial activity.
