| 摘 要： | 目的对外敷中药膏进行透皮吸收的定性定量分析,初步探讨其在体透皮吸收行为。方法选择外敷中药膏中的冰片为其指标成分,用气相色谱法测定了药膏经腹水瘤小鼠皮肤吸收后不同时间的小鼠腹水中冰片的含量。结果给药后15 min小鼠腹水中未测到冰片,30 min后在腹水中冰片的平均含量为1.707 mg/L,4 h左右上升到峰值9.588 mg/L。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于进一步研究该药透皮吸收。
