构建web服务的医学数据挖掘演示系统

目前大多数数据分析工具都是基于桌面应用程序。随着web的技术发展,B/S模式系统在医药领域大规模应用,web系统产生了海量的数据,使得数据挖掘领域成为医学上的一个重要课题,有必要进行开发基于web的数据挖掘系统。结合我校的教学改革,为实行医药决策信息分析的课程教学实验顺利开设。我校率先对基于web服务的医药数据挖掘演示系统进行探讨,并采用了JAVA WEB技术结合Weka,Matlab混合编程和自主实现的算法包,增加了具有可扩展性,高效性,可视化的B/S模式的医学数据挖掘演示系统的架构。该系统具有重要的教学使用和研究价值。

Design an Medical Data Mining System Based on Web

Currently most data analysis tools are based on the desktop application.With the development of the web technique,the B / S model system is using largely in medical field.Web system generates mass of data,which make the data mining to be an important subject in medical field.Therefore,it’s necessary to develop data mining system based on web.Combining with our teaching reform,to smoothly open the course of medical decision-making information analysis.Our school took the lead in discussing the medical data mining demonstration system based on web services and adopting JAVA WEB combining Weka and Matlab hybrid programming,which realized the extensible,efficient,the visualization of B / S model of medical data mining demonstration system framework.This system has important teaching and researching value.
