| 摘 要： | 目的:评价参松养心胶囊与胺碘酮联合治疗对器质性心脏病的心律失常的疗效。方法:将108例心律失常采取随机双盲法分为两组。按一定的治疗方案,分别服用参松养心胶囊加用乙胺胺碘酮和乙胺胺碘酮治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.79%,对照组为60.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且副作用发生率低于对照组。结论:参松养心胶囊与碘酮联合治疗与单用乙胺碘酮相比,更能有效地控制心律失常,并能改善心功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:Evaluate the effect of sensong yangxin capsule added amiodarone and amiodarone in the treatment of patients suffering from serious arrhythmia accompanied with cardiopathy.Methods:The 108 patiants were divided into two groups stochastically,and were treaded by sensong yangxin capsule added amiodarone and amiodarone respectively.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.79%,and that of the contrast group was 60.00% which indicated that the effect in the treatment group was apparent higher than that of contrast group,P<0.05,meanwhile the side effect rate was lower than that of the contrast group.Conclusion:Sensong yangxin capsule added amiodarone is more effective and safer than amiodarone in controlling arrhythmia,and can improve functions of heart,and which is worthwhile to popularize in clinical treatment. |
