| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡托普利对早期肝炎肝硬化肝纤维化指标的影响.方法将50例肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为2组,对照组24例,应用一般支持疗法、;治疗组26例,在一般支持疗法基础上加用卡托普利片.结果治疗后治疗组较对照组肝纤维化指标改善明显,差异有明显统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论卡托普利对早期肝炎肝硬化有较好的抗肝纤维化、减轻肝脏炎症的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of captopril on liver fibrosis index during early-stage viral liver cirrhosis. Method Divided 50 patients who suffered from viral liver cirrhosis into two groups. Control group(24 patients) received normal support treatment. On the base of these measures, treatment group(26 patients) received captopril. Result There were significant differences between two groups in the liver fibrosis index and ALT (P<0.05) and treatment group had significant improvement. Conclusion Captopril has good function of anti-liver fibrosis and reducing liver inflammation which is caused by early-stage viral liver cirrhosis. |
