胆囊癌影像学研究进展

胆囊癌是胆道系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,由于胆囊癌起病隐匿,许多患者在发现时已属晚期,外科手术是治疗胆囊癌的有效手段,且早期胆囊癌有通过外科手术治愈的可能,所以胆囊癌的早期诊断对治疗和预后起着关键作用。由于胆囊是常规组织学活检难以到达的器官,所以影像学检查在胆囊癌的诊断、分期及随访中起到了重要作用。本文就各种影像学检查在胆囊癌的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress in imaging diagnosis of gallbladder cancer

Gallbladder cancer is the most common cancer in biliary tree,most patients with gallbladder cancer have been advanced stages at presentation as they are detected late due to non-specific symptomatology.Surgery is an effective method for treatment of gallbladder cancer and early-stage gallbladder cancer is often curable with a proper resection,so early diagnosis of gallbladder cancer plays a key role in its treatment and prognosis.Because gallbladder is an inaccessible organ from the perspective of histology,therefore imaging examinations play an important role in diagnosis,staging and follow-up of gallbladder cancer.This article reviews the diagnostic value and research progress of various imaging examination methods in gallbladder cancer.
