天花粉与混淆品长萼瓜蒌的紫外光谱鉴定

摘    要:目的:寻求一种鉴定天花粉与其混淆品长萼瓜蒌的有效方法.方法:采用天花粉双边栝楼根以及瓜氨酸作为对照物质,与长萼瓜蒌根同时进行紫外光谱扫描.结果:紫外光谱显示,长萼瓜蒌的水和乙醇溶液在272nm波长处均有最大吸收,而天花粉及瓜氨酸均无此光谱特征,可资鉴别.结论:用紫外光谱法鉴定天花粉与长萼瓜蒌,方法简便可行,结果准确可靠.

Abstract:Objective:To find an effective way to identity Radix trichosanthis(R_1)and its confused substance-Trichosanthes lacerribrata(s)Methods:Take R_1.Trichosantes uriflora(R_2)and melon amino acid(R_0).Serve as reference substances,take(S)serve as test substance.Proceeding UV spectroscope seanning at the sametime.Results:the UV spectrograph shows the water and ethanol solution of(S)have a maxinum absorption at 272nm,and the others (R_1,R_2,R_0)do not show this Property,So Can apply this UV spectrograph character to edentify(R_1)and(S).Conclusion:This method is simple and useful.the results are actual and vatiable.
