城市医院医药费用变化及原因分析

从医疗服务的供方着手，分析城市医院医药费用变化，并分析其上涨原因；药费在医疗费用尤其是门诊医疗费用中增长较快；医院管理费用与医院固定资产及基金支出相对于业务量的下降增长明显，从而带动医疗费用的高增长，据此，笔者提出了区别药物费用控制与药物使用控制，实施区域卫生规划，加强医院内部管理等建议。

Analysis on medical expenditure in city hospitals

Form the viewpoint of the medical service provider, the paper analyzed the change of medical expenditure in city hospitals and found some reasons. Medicine expenditure rose too fast in medical expenditure, special in the outpatients. The management cost, permanent assets and fund payment increased significantly, while a amount of the operation decreased. Thus, the medical expenditure was going up rapidly. Finally, the authors suggested that we should distinguish between medicine expenditure controlling and medicine order controlling, implement regional health planning, and strengthen inner management.
