| 摘 要： | 目的 比较国产米格列奈钙片和进口那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效和安全性.方法 选择2型糖尿病患者40例,用随机、双盲、双模拟、那格列奈为阳性对照的研究方法进行分组,试验组给予国产米格列奈钙片10～20mg 3 次/d,对照组给予那格列奈120mg 3次/d,治疗18周,比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、收缩压、舒张压、体重指数(BMI)以及HOMA 胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA IR),同时观察血/尿常规、肝肾功能、心电图异常及不良事件(低血糖事件、消化道不良事件)发生率.结果 治疗18周后,米格列奈组患者FBG由(9.8±2.6)mmol/L降至(7.7±2.5)mmol/L(P ＜0.05),2hPG 由 (16.8±5.0)mmol/L降至(13.4±4.1)mmol/L(P ＜0.05),HbAlc由(8.7±2.1)％降至(7.2±1.1)％(P＜0.05),HOMA IR由(3.69土1.85)降至(2.37±1.50)(P＜0.05)；那格列奈组患者FBG由(8.7±2.3)mmol/L降至(7.5±1.3) mmol/L(P＜0.05),HbA1c由(8.5±1.2)％降至(7.3±1.2)(P＜0.05)；组间比较,米格列奈组与那格列奈组各代谢指标差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 国产米格列奈钙片能显著降低2型糖尿病患者FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、HOMA IR,作用与那格列奈相似.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of domestic mitiglinide and imported nateglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The study was designed in double blind、double simulation fashion,with nateglinide as positive control.40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly assigned to 2 groups.The treatment group were given mitiglinide 10～20mg tid,and the control group were given natiglinide 120mg tid.They were treated for 18 weeks.Then compared their FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,blood pressure,BMI,and HOMA IR before and after the trial,meanwhile abnormal changes of blood/urine routine test、liver function and renal function,and frequences of adverse events.Results After 18 weeks of treatments,FBG of patients in treatment group decreased from(9.8±2.6)mmol/L to(7.7±2.5)mmol/L(P<0.05),2hPG decreased from(16.8±5.0)mmol/L to(13.4±4.1)mmol/L(P<0.05),HbA1c decreased from(8.7±2.1)% to(7.2±1.1)%(P<0.05),HOMA IR decreased from(3.69±1.85) to(2.37±1.50)(P<0.05);FBG of patients in control group decreased from(8.7±2.3)mmol/L to (7.5±1.3)mmol/L(P<0.05),HbA1c decreased from(8.5±1.2)% to(7.3±1.2)(P<0.05);no index had significant difference between this two groups.Conclusion Domestic mitiglinide could significantly decreased FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、HOMA IR in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and was similar with nateglinide |
