经尿道同期治疗浅表性膀胱癌及前列腺增生

目的探讨浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症患者同期行TURBT+TURP术的安全性及疗效。方法 22例浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症患者同期行TURBT+TURP术为研究组,18例浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症患者只行TURBT术为对照组,术后复查两年,观察对比两组复发率、前列腺部尿道肿瘤种植情况、最大尿流率、残余尿、尿道狭窄发生率。结果研究组膀胱癌复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前列腺部尿道均无肿瘤种植,研究组最大尿流率、残余尿、尿道狭窄发生率与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症患者同期行TURBT+TURP术安全有效,可减少术后膀胱癌复发率,且不会造成前列腺部尿道肿瘤种植,对患者排尿情况及生活质量有明显改善。

Simultaneous transurethral resection of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To explore the safety and clinical effect of the simultaneous transurethral resection of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Twenty-two patients with invasive bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent simultaneous TURBT and TURP were comprised in study group.Eighteen patients with invasive bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent TURBT alone were comprised in compare group.The recurrence of bladder tumor,the implanting of cancer in prostatic urethral,max-uroflow rate,residual urine and urethral stricture rate in all patients were compared.All patients were followed up two years after operation.Results The recurrence rate of bladder tumor in study group was lower than it in compare group.The significant difference from max-uroflow rate,residual urine and urethral stricture rate were found between two groups.Non patient were found implanting of cancer in prostatic in two group.Conclusion The simultaneous transurethral resection of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia was safetive and effective treatment.
