人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折

目的 评价人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的临床应用及疗效.方法 我科2005年2月～2010年6月行人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折24例,对获随访的22例患者进行回顾性研究,采用Harris标准评定髋关节功能.结果 22例行人工股骨头置换术治疗的老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折患者,获11 ～56个月随访,平均37.1个月,全部能生活自理,无1例关节脱位或假体松动,优良率86.4％.结论 人工股骨头置换术,能使老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的患者,最大限度的早期下床活动,减少术后并发症,疗效确切,是治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的有效方法.

Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with hip prosthetic replacement

Objective To evaluates the clinical effect of hip prosthetic replacement in treating intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Methods Totally 24 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated by hip prosthetic replacement from Feb.2005 to Jun.2010.A total of 22 patients were followed up,and they were followed up and the curative effect were determined by Harris hip score.Results The follow up for average 37.1 months(11～56 months) in 22 cases self-sufficiency and showed no false body become flexible or dislocation of joint with a mean postoperative Harris hip score of 86.4%.Conclusion The artificial femoral head replacement is sure to pull elderly patients through and early ambulation of maximum,lower the incidence of complications and evident efficacy,this treatment is availability for intertrochanteric femoral fracture of the elderly.
