2006～2007年度绵阳市院前急救流行病学调查

目的探索2006～2007度绵阳市院前急救流行病学待征。方法依据事先确定的入组标准,以2006～2007年度经绵阳市紧急救援指挥中心受理的城区急救患者为调查对象,以疾病谱、日期、时间、季节等作为观察指标,将资料建立数据库后进行统计分析。结果共有12843人次接受院前急救,男7500人次,女5343人次,30～50岁的人群占52.52%。疾病谱依次为车祸伤、非车祸所致外伤、昏厥、酒精中毒、心血管系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、脑血管系统疾病等。全年无急救高峰季节(r=0.0530,P>0.05),一天中急救的高峰时间段是10∶28～24∶00(r=0.2056,P<0.05)。结论绵阳市城区院前急救有自身流行病学特点,加强急救系统建设,合理调配急救资源,强化公众安全意识,强化从业人员的专业技能培训,方能满足急救需求,提高院前急救效率。

The epidemiological investigation on the cases of mianyang pre-hospital care from 2006 to 2007.

Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of the pre-hospital care cases in Mianyang City from the year 2006 to 2007.Methods The patients recieved by emergency medical rescue command center of Mianyang during 2006 to 2007 were chosen as the surveyed object in accordance with the criteria to enter.The disease spectrum,date,time,season were used as the main observation indexes.The database has been established and statistical analyze has been given hereby.Results Among all 12,843 cases of pre-hospital care,there are 7,500 person-time of male and 5,343 person-time of female,while the group between 30～35years account for 52.52%.The order of disease spectrum was as follows: traffic trauma,non-traffic trauma,syncope,cardiovascular system diseases,respiratory diseases,cerebrovascular disease,ect.The emergency peak of a day was 10:28～24∶00(r=0.2056,P<0.05),but no significant seasonal peak in emergency during the whole year was found(r=0.053,P>0.05).Conclusion The pre-hospital care cases in Mianyang City has come to form its own epidemiological characteristics.Therefore,it is neccssary to improve the efficiency of pre-hospital care by enhancing the construction of emergency system,opitmizing the allocation of emergency resource,reinforcing the arwareness of public security,as well as strengthening the professional training of personnel involved.
