| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩超导向下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗肾积水的临床意义.方法 在彩超导向下,对46例肾积水患者行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术.结果 46例患者共49次穿刺造瘘置管,全部一次性成功,成功率100％,无严重并发症.结论 经皮肾穿刺造瘘术能够改善肾功能,避免肾功能因梗阻而衰竭,是一项操作简便、有效且并发症少的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy fistulation for treating hydronephrosis.Methods Color doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrostomy was performed in 46 patients.Results Totally 49 kidney were performed in 46 patients with successful rate of 100%,no serious complications.Conclusion The operation of percutaneous renopuncture fistulation under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound has is successful rate.It is safe and effective,with less injury,and having high practical value. |
