高血压基底核脑出血术后再出血相关因素分析

目的 探讨高血压基底核区脑出血术后再出血相关因素.方法 对152例高血压基底核脑出血手术患者进行回顾性分析,分为再出血组及未出血组,其中28例发生术后再出血,对两组间年龄、术前血肿量、术前意识状况、手术方式、手术时间窗、术后血压波动情况进行比较分析.结果 再出血组术前平均血肿量显著高于未出血组,再出血组患者术后多有剧烈的血压波动.结论 术前血肿量大、术后血压明显的波动是造成高血压基底核脑出血术后再出血的重要因素.

Analysis of relevant factor about postoperative rehaemorrhagia of hypertensive hemorrhage of basal nucleus

Objective To investigate relevant factor about postoperative rehaemorrhagia of hypertensive hemorrhage of basal nucleus.Methods 152 cases of hypertensive hemorrhage of basal nucleus were included and divided into rebleeding group and no rebleeding group.Rehaemorrhagia occurred in 28 cases.The differences of age,volume of hematoma and status of consciousness before operation,operative approach,time span before operation,fluctuation of blood pressure after operation were compared between the two groups.Results In rebleeding group,the average volume of hematoma before operation was significantly bigger than that in no rebleeding group,th acute fluctuation of blood pressure after operation was more frequently observed in rebleeding group.Conclusion The bigger volume of hematoma before operation and the acute fluctuation of blood pressure after operation were important factors leading to rehaemorrhagia of hypertensive hemorrhage of basal nucleus.
