双花草珊瑚含片中绿原酸的含量测定

摘    要:目的建立双花草珊瑚含片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用Shim-packVP—ODSC18反相色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(12:88)为流动相;流速为1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长327nm;柱温:30℃。结果绿原酸在0.101—0.708μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=7),平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于双花草珊瑚含片中绿原酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenie acid in shuanghua caoshanhu hanpian by RP - HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column of Shim - pack VP - ODS C,s ( 250 mmx 4.6 mm, 5 μm ) was used, the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile -0. 2% phosphoric acid (12:88). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Results The linear range was 0.101 - 0. 708 μg ( r = 0. 999 9, n = 6), The average recovery was 99.3 %, wiith the RSD of 1.2% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in shuanghua caoshanhu hanpian.
