| 摘 要： | 目的：开展异基因外周血造血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病。方法：采集经动员的供者外周血干细胞对2例急性白血病患者进行移植。结果：移植后患者的造血功能恢复迅速，DNA检测证实为供者型。结论：移植后患者的造血功能恢复迅速，DNA检测证实为供者型。

| Abstract: | Objective: This study was designed to carry out allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation ( Allo-PBSCT) for treatment of acute leukemia. Methods:In 2 patients umderwent Allo-PBSCT,peripheral blood stem cells from HLA identical sibling donors were harvested. Results: Hematopoietic recovery of 2 patients was rapid, and complete donor engraftment was documented by DNA analysis. Conclusion: Allo-PBSCT can maintain persistent hematopoiesis. |
