丙谷胺对大肠癌患者预后的影响

目的 观察胃泌素受体拮抗剂丙谷胺对大肠癌术后患者预后的影响。方法 选择70例大肠癌根治术后患者，分为丙谷胺治疗组（400mg，口服，3/d,n=25)和对照组（n=45)，所有患者同时予化疗，随访患者术后4年生存率及生存质量。结果 丙谷胺组患者术后4年生存率为76.0%，较对照组（55.6%)有所提高，其术后复发转移率较对照组有所下降，在DukesC和D期患者生存率及转移率可能有一定作用。大肠癌患者，特别是中晚期患者可试行丙谷胺辅助治疗。

Effect of proglumide on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To observe the effect of proglumide, gastrin receptor antagonist on prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 70 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were divided into therapy group (400 mg,3 times a day, n =25) and control group( n =45). Chemotherapy were given to all patients. Four years survival rate and life quality were recorded. Results The 4 years survival rate of the therapy group(76.0%) was higher than that of the control group(55.6%).Among patients with Dukes C and D,the survival rate of the therapy group(73.3%) was obvious higher than that of the control group(35.7%, P <0.05).Conclusion Proglumide might have therapeutic effect on survival and metastatic rate of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. Patients with colorectal cancer, especially terminal patients are suggested to take proglumide as a supplementary therapy.
