| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨X线、CT扫描对肠旋转不良伴中肠扭转的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析经手术证实的VIM16例.10例行腹部立卧位平片检查;13例行上消化道造影,7例行钡灌肠;6例行Cr检查,其中2例行增强CT扫描.结果 腹部立卧位平片2例见"双泡征",小肠内不含气或含气较少;2例表现中上腹管状充气伴狭细短跨度肠段.上消化道造影示十二指肠完全梗阻5例;十二指肠不完全梗阻8例,见"飘带征".钡灌肠回盲部位于右上腹3例,中上腹2例,左上腹2例.4例非新生儿病例CT显示肠系膜根部类团块影,见典型"漩涡征",毗邻肠袢扩张,肠系膜静脉不同程度淤积扩张.结论 上消化道造影、CT对肠旋转不良伴中肠扭转的诊断具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze X-ray,CT findings of volvulus in intestinal malrotation(VIM),and to explore their value. Methods 16 cases of VIM proved by surgery were analyzed retrospectively.X-ray plain films were performed in 10 cases.Upper gastrointestinal barium radiography in 13 cases,Barium enema in 7 cases,and CT in 6 cases,CE-CT in 2 cases simultaneously.
