| 摘 要： | 对30具新生儿(男18、女12)肝外胆道系统进行观察。胆囊形状分四型;以梨形(16例)居多数,占53.33±9.11％。胆囊底的体表投影点,位于腹直肌外侧缘内侧8.84±10.89mm,肋弓下方39.10±13.26mm。测量了肝左右管、肝总管、胆囊管及胆总管的长度和外径。胆总管的长度为21.59±2.32mm。外径为2.14±0.20mm。

| Abstract: | The morphology of extrahcpatic bile duct system was observed and measured in 30 newborn cadavers (male 18, female 12)
The form of the gall bladder was classified into 4 types; the pear-shaped pattern ( 16 cases ) accounted for 53.33+9.11%.
The Projective point of the fundus of the gall bladder on the body surface was situated in the medialis of the lateral border of ractus abdominis in 8.84+10.89mm, and below the costal arch ( margin ) in 39.10+13.26mm.
The lengths and external diameters of the left and right hepatic duct, common hepatic duct, cystic duct and common bile duct were measured.
The length of the common bile duci was found to be 21.59 + 2.32mm. and the external diameter 2.14+0.20mm. |
