肾衰康组成中药对低分子尿毒症毒素的体外吸附作用

目的:观察肾衰康中各单味中药对尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸的体外吸附作用,探索肾衰康冲剂对尿毒素清除的作用机理。方法:用不同中药制成的水煎剂和焙干研末配制成50、100、150mg/ml浓度分别与尿素、肌酐、尿酸混合液作用,分别作用30、60、90、120min后离心,测定各组液体中残余尿毒素浓度。结果:煅牡蛎、枳壳煎剂50mg/ml组尿素、肌酐的浓度较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),100、150mg/ml组中各尿毒素都有明显下降(P<0.01)。焙剂则各组下降均有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。100mg/ml的煎剂及焙剂30min后下降差异即明显持续至90min后趋于恒定,在30、60、90min组中随时间延长,药物对尿毒素的吸附量增加。结论:肾衰康中5味中药对体外配制的尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸有下降作用,可能的机制是直接吸附作用。

In Vitro Adsorption of Chinese Herbs with Shen Shuai Kang on Low-molecular Uremic Toxins

Objective: To observe the adsorbent effect of durgs on uremic toxic. and to explore the mechanism of Chinese durgs adsorbent uremic toxic. Methods: 1 different dose of Chinese durgs were added to uremic toxic solution then the concentrations of uremic toxins were measured on 60 min 2 The same dose of Chinese drugs were added to uremic toxic solution then the concentrations of uremic toxins were measured at different time spots. Results: 1 The concentrations of toxins decreased is significantly on midst and large dose group 2 The time longer the concentrations of toxins lower among the 30,60,90 min group. Conclusion: Sheng Shuai Kang's composition chinese durgs can well lower these uremic toxin in vitro,the possible mechanism is direct adsorption.
