小牛脾提取物注射液联合他克莫司乳膏治疗儿童寻常型进展期白癜风

目的 观察小牛脾提取物注射液联合他克莫司乳膏治疗儿童寻常型进展期白癜风的疗效及安全性.方法 A组43例采用小牛脾提取物注射液肌肉注射和他克莫司乳膏外涂,B组25例他克莫司乳膏外涂；疗程6个月；对该68例作统计学分析.结果 A组治愈率、显效率优于B组（P＜0.05）.结论 小牛脾提取物注射液和他克莫司乳膏治疗儿童寻常型进展期白癜风安全有效；合并应用近期疗效显著.

Calf spleen extraction injection combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of advanced ordinary vitiligo in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety calf spleen extraction injection combined with tacrolirnus ointment in the treatment of advanced ordinary vitiligo in children with. Methods The 68 cases with this disease were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A （n=43） was given calf spleen extraction injection plus tacrolimus ointment,and group B （n=25） was only given tacrolimus ointment,treatment course all was 6 months in 2 groups. Results After the treatment,the curative rate of group A was 20.9% and that of group B was 4.0%,and the excellent respouse rate of group A was 76.7% and that of group B was 44.0% group A was singnificantly superior to group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medication of calf spleen extraction injection and tacrolimus ointment is safe and effective. Combination treatment can promote short-term efficiency, and get higher cure rate and effective rate.
