对阳明病的再认识

从生理而言：阳明经以阳热燥气为用、多气多血，阳明从化以中见为常；从病机而论：阳明病是外感病过程中，阳气亢旺，邪热最盛的极期阶段，按证候性质来说多属于里热实证。根据其临床表现，分为实热证和虚寒证两大类，而实热又分为邪热、湿热、血热三大类。

Re-thinking of Yangming Diseases

From the physiology, Yangming Meridian is characterized by Yang-heat, excessive qi and blood and the common transmission in the medium. From the pathogenesis, Yangming disease is characterised by prosperous yang qi and the most abundant pathogenic heat during the process of exopathogen. According to the character of syndrome, it belongs to the interior excess syndrome of heat type. According to its clinical manifestation, yangming disease is divided into the excess syndrome of heat type and insufficiency syndrome of cold type. And the syndrome of excess heat is further divided into pathogenic heat, damp-heat, and blood-heat.
