跌打接骨片促进家兔骨折愈合的实验研究

为探讨跌打接骨片对实验性骨折愈合的影响，将56只8月龄新西兰大白兔随机分为模型对照组、跌打接骨片高剂量组、跌打接骨片低剂量组和伤科接骨片对照组4组，每组14只。所有家兔均行双侧桡骨骨缺损手术，术后第2天开始给药，分别于术后第22天和42天分两批处死（每次每组7只动物），对其桡骨骨折端行X线摄片观察、组织学观察、透射电镜观察及抗折力观察。结果表明，跌打接骨片能明显促进家兔骨折愈合。

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DIEDA JIEGU TABLETS ON PROMOTING THE UNION IN RABBITS

To explore the influence of Dieda Jiegu Tablets on the union of experimental fracture, 56 New Zealand rabbits of 8-month were made the defection of radius bilaterally as artificial models, then were divided into 4 equal groups: Model group, Dieda Jiegu Tablets in high dosage group, Dieda Jiegu Tablets in low dosage group, Shangke Jiegu Tablets Control group. After the 2nd day of operation, they were treated with 0.9% salt solution, Dieda Jiegu Tablets in high dosage, Dieda Jiegu Tablets in low dosage, Shangke Jiegu Tablets. Seven rabbits in each group were killed on the 22nd , 42nd day after operation to observe the radiographic findings, histological changes (with light microscope and transmission electron microscope) of the fractural ends, the anti-fracture force of the fractural ends was also measured. The results showed that there was significant difference between the Dieda Jiegu Tablets groups and Shangke Jiegu Tablets Control group in the radiographic findings, histological changes and the anti-fracture force of the fractural ends, Suggesting Dieda Jiegu Tablets can promote the union of the fracture in rabbits.
