| 摘 要： | 谵妄是一种常被漏诊的老年综合征。老年患者术后谵妄的发生率约15%～53%，重症监护病房（intensive care units，ICU）老年患者谵妄发生率可高达70%～87%[1]。对高危老年人进行全面综合的谵妄预防和管理是老年医学的重要内容。
