肾移植术后男性性功能的临床研究

目的评价肾移植术后男性患者的性功能。方法应用勃起功能国际问卷（IIEF），监测血清睾酮、雌二醇和催乳激素水平，对48例尿毒症患者肾移植前、后性功能进行对比研究。结果肾移植前透析的患者有35例（35／48，72．9％）存在不同程度的勃起功能障碍（ED），肾移植后性功能有明显的改善，15例患者勃起功能恢复，仍有20例（41．7％）患者存在不同程度的ED，移植前后性功能比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。肾移植术后IIEF评分均有不同程度的提高（P〈0．05）；肾移植后血清睾酮水平上升（P〈0．05），雌二醇和催乳激素明显下降（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论肾移植能有效改善肾功能衰竭患者的阴茎勃起状况，受者术后的心理干预、药物干预等均有助于降低ED发病率，提高性生活满意度。

Clinical study of male sexual function after received kidney transplantation

Objective To evaluate the male sexual function after received kidney transplantation.Methods The retrospective stuay were made to 48 cases male uremia patients during pro-and post kidney transplantation,to compare the IIEF score,serum testosterone,estradiol and prolacton hormone level changes.Results Pro-kidney transplantation,35 cases(35/48,72.9%)uremia patients suffered from different level erectile dysfunction(ED),but had great improvement after received the kidney transplantation(P＜0.01),15cases recovered to normal sexual function,while still 20 cases(41.7%)had ED.Post the kidney transplantation,the HEF score and serum testosterone level increased(P＜0.05),the gerum estradiol and prolactin hormone level markedly decreased(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).ConclusionKidney transplantation can significantly improve the male uremia sexual function.Through post-operation psychological and medicine intervention,it favors to raise the patient sexual satidaction.
