前囊壁软骨切除法治疗耳廓假性囊肿58例

目的探讨前囊壁软骨切除法治疗耳廓假性囊肿的优点和操作体会。方法将104例耳廓假性囊肿患者按数字随机法分为两组，其中治疗组58例，以前囊壁软骨切除法治疗；观察组46例，以囊肿前壁切开引流＋局部加压包扎法治疗，比较两组患者的手术疗效。结果两组患者术后随访6个月，治疗组有效率100％，观察组有效率84．8％；治疗组术后无复发病例，观察组4例复发，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论前囊壁软骨切除法是治疗耳廓假性囊肿的一种可靠方法，值得临床推广。

Deroofing surgery of outer cartilaginous cyst wall for auricle pseudocyst

Objective To discuss the advantages and surgical experience of deroofing surgery of outer cartilaginous cyst wall for the treatment of auricle pseudocyst. Methods 104 patients with auricular pseudocyst were included in the study. Of them, 58 cases underwent deroofing surgery of outer cartilaginous cyst wall （treatment group ） , and 46 cases were treated with incision and drainage of the anterior wall of cyst and local pressure dressing （control group ）. Efficiency rates of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 100% and 84.8% respectively. The difference of the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions With good reliable effect, deroofing surgery of outer cartilaginous cyst wall is worthy of clinic popularization in the treatment for auricle pseudoeyst.
